	Project Evergreen - Raising awareness of the environmental, economic and lifestyle benefits of landscapes and promote the significance of those who preserve and enhance green spaces at home, work and play.
	Magic of Landscapes - Improving quality of life by stimulating investment in quality landscapes through communication, research and education.
	American Horticultural Society - Gardening education for all skill levels.
	Safe Lawns - An emerging public dialogue about alternatives to traditional lawn care.
	Sports Genesis, a 501(c)(3) classified non-profit program, fills a need for these communities that do not have the department resources or do not have the appropriate funds to start the development process of new athletic parks or the renovation of existing facilities. This is especially true for smaller communities.
	GreenScapes - Designed to help preserve natural resources and prevent waste and pollution by encouraging companies, government agencies, and other entities to make more holistic decisions regarding waste generation and disposal and the use of land, water, pesticides, and energy.
	The goals of the APLD are to advance landscape design as an independent profession and to promote the recognition of landscape designers as highly qualified, dedicated professionals.
